A late starter, Chef Fergus didn’t step into a kitchen professionally until the age of 29. Being the type to do everything is his own way, Fergus bypassed culinary training and working in restaurants, throwing himself in at the deep end by launching his supper club Alkemio Kitchen in 2019, serving fine dining fusion taster menus. This baptism of fire set the course for a fast ascent, with Alkemio Kitchen becoming the best-selling supper club on eatwith.com, which subsequently launched Fergus’s private cheffing career, where he became the highest grossing chef in a group of 50 on Nomadcooks.com cooking for billionaires, tech founders, celebrities and even royalty!
